Ms. Sharon Senetta North Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Sharon Senetta North, was born in Charleston, SC to Israel and Ruth North, both preceded her to their heavenly home. She attended A. B. Rhett Elementary School and Burke High School. She was employed in hospitality for local hotels and the Citadel. Sharon attended Morning Star Baptist Church, and Salem Missionary Baptist Church Her hobbies included, crocheting, puzzles, reading, listening to music and she loved making sure family and friends were fed. Sharon’s health declined and she remained faithful and believed that God did what He promised, He saw her through so many trials and tribulations and was faithful until He called her from labor to rest. Her family and friends embraced her personality and loved her dearly. She leaves to cherish her memory: daughter, Nicole North Smalls (Josiah); son, Damon North; grandchildren, Myla North, Jeremiah Smalls, Justin Smalls, and Zayven North; sisters, Leola McFadden, Isadora Cookie Coger, Jean (Michael) Parker, and Cynthia North; one uncle, Bernard (Pearl) Parker; devoted friend, Richard Brown (Wiggle); a host of other family members and friends. Family and friends are invited to attend a service celebrating her life, 11:00 AM Saturday, June 18, 20022 at Salem Missionary Baptist Church, 570 Rutledge Ave. The service will continue with committal and internment at Carolina Memorial Park. Friends may pay their respect Friday 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
